Coach Supervision

Coach Supervision provides a safe, reflective space to examine all aspects of your coaching practice with a qualified and experienced senior coach practitioner. Supervision is a requirement for professional accreditation with all the lead coaching associations, and these days, for many coaching clients too.

Coach Supervision looks at three aspects of your coaching practice:

  1. your professional development in terms of skills, knowledge and understanding

  2. quality and ethical considerations

  3. self-care and resilience of the coach

For experienced coaches:

  • to examine specific aspects of what is happening in coaching sessions with your clients – what works, what could I improve?

  • to explore your learning edge and what is next for you in developing yourself as a coach

  • something didn’t go at all how you expected in a session with a coaching client and you want to unpick what happened so that you can either reproduce it again or avoid it in future

  • to develop your coaching business in a new direction

For new coaches:

  • how do I get started?

  • I am not sure where to go next with a coaching client

  • I get stuck in a coaching session when my tools and techniques are not working

  • I have just finished a coaching contract and want to learn from the experience

  • how do I grow my coaching business?

I offer:

  • Individual Coaching Supervision - One-to-one meetings

  • Group Supervision - For group(s) of internal coaches in an organisation or company looking to work with an external supervisor
